We are seeking neighborhood and community shopping centers with the following attributes:

  • Minimum Size: 50,000 square feet. We will consider smaller properties in close proximity to our headquarters.
  • Minimum Price: $4 million.
  • Location: Connecticut, New York, and New Jersey within 1 1/2 hours drive of Greenwich, CT.  We prefer: Fairfield County, CT;
    Westchester and Putnam Counties, NY; Bergen County, NJ.
  • Tenant Mix: Grocery anchor strongly preferred. We are not looking for outlet or specialty centers.
  • Upside: Below market rents, expansion potential, opportunity to reposition. Fully stabilized properties must have adequate lease escalations.
