Urstadt Biddle Properties Inc. and its affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively, “UBP”) respect your concerns about privacy. - Commercial tenant information submitted through the Tenant Portal portion of the Site (“Tenant Portal”), including contact information, transaction details and payment history, bank account number, routing number, credit or debit card information (including name, payment card number, expiration date and security code), Social Security number, insurance number, driver’s license number or government-issued ID number, prior postal addresses, employer, job title, income, date of birth, gender, age, marital status, emergency contact information, and any other personal information contained in lease and property documents, account statements, personal guarantees on commercial leases, and property maintenance requests; and
- Other information you choose to provide to us.
When you visit our Site, we may obtain certain information by automated means, such as cookies, web beacons, web server logs and other technologies. We maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect the personal information you provide against accidental, unlawful or unauthorized access, destruction, loss, alteration, disclosure or use.
Children’s Privacy
Our Site is designed for a general audience and is not directed to children. In connection with the Site, we do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe that a child under age 13 may have provided us with personal information, please contact us as specified in the How To Contact Us section of this Privacy Policy.
